A successful candidate must have extensive retail jewelry management and sales experience. He or she must be entrepreneurial by nature, must be able to motivate others to excel and possess Email, Word and Excel computer skills.  Above all a candidate must be very customer and client oriented. Once selected, he or she will be given the opportunity to train with The Gordon Company’s top promotional sales team. This position requires a considerable amount of time away from home. All field directors are required to be onsite for the entire term of each project.
